 * One of these can be configured in 3rd party supplied modems with these details
  * Username: guest1@telkomadsl
  * Password: guest1
 * Note if you can connect to Telkom's site but no others:
  * Your modem may have been reset to factory defaults, or
  * Your ADSL line may be a newly installed line that has not yet been "verified" (see below).

 * If your line has not been verified you will only be able to connect to Telkom's website and no others.

=== Setting Bridging Mode ===
Bridging mode is required when an ADSL Modem is used with a Zslic server

 * Look for settings like "1483 Bridged LLC"
 * Netgear DG834 devices have an undocumented feature to set them into (and back from) bridging mode.
  * From the modem Web interface type this in the address bar:

 * Netgear N300 devices:
  1. Login to the administrator page with above username/password
  1. Select Advanced
  1. Select Wan Setup

 * Billion Modems have a number of confusing options. The correct one is: "Pure bridged LLC"
