Random Mac Addresses
Many new smartphones have a feature which uses a different, random, mac address when connecting to a new wifi network, by default. This address can change from time to time. This has privacy benefits when connecting to public wifi networks. However with corporate wifi networks, the mac address is often used to confirm the identity of the device and to allow access privileges. In this case it is necessary to disable this function.
