When I send out messages, they are sent from an address like "username@zsd.co.za". I have my own domain with a personalized e-mail address. Can I use this address instead?
You can change your outgoing e-mail address by changing your personal settings.
- Log into webmail using your own e-mail username and password.
- Click on the "settings" icon
- Click on the "identities" tab
- Click on the incorrect e-mail address in the list. Update the settings to your preferred, valid e-mail address.
- Note you can create multiple identities, with different addresses, and select one as the default for sending e-mail.
- Note you can only use valid e-mail addresses or aliases that are delivered into your e-mail box. Other random or foreign addresses are likely to get blocked by spam filters.
